Manage your COALS account and AtomC data.
Your Account
AtomC uses your COALS platform account. You can manage your account at coals.ai including:
- Changing your email or password
- Updating your display name
- Managing connected devices
- Viewing your subscription status
Signing In
Use your COALS credentials to sign in on any platform. You can be signed in on multiple devices at the same time — your conversations will sync automatically.
Forgot Password
- Visit coals.ai/login
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link
Conversation Data
Where is my data stored?
Your conversations are stored securely on the COALS platform servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Deleting conversations
You can delete individual conversations by right-clicking (or long-pressing on mobile) and selecting "Delete". Deleted conversations are permanently removed from all devices.
Exporting data
Contact support through the COALS platform to request a data export of your conversations.
Privacy
- AtomC does not sell your data
- Your conversations are not used to train AI models
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
